Hallo liebe Leute,
mein Name ist Ulas und ich suche zum 15.07.2017 einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Ich bin sehr unkompliziert und entspannt, jedoch nach ca. 10 roommates aus dem Ausland/Inland - (zumeist Studenten) - habe ich festgestellt, dass ich es eher ruhiger angehen lassen will.
Deswegen wäre mir als Mitbewohner am liebsten, der regelmäßig arbeitet und vielleicht eher etwas älter ist.
Vielleicht waren die Mitbewohner auch bislang eher einfach zu jung und nicht ganz ausgelastet :) ....daher am liebsten und gerne jemand, der älter als 25 ist.
Ich teile übrigens mit meiner ex einen kleinen Havaneser-Malteser Mischling, der sehr lieb und sehr ruhig ist. Er ist 3-4 Tage die Woche da, schläft aber meistens bei meiner ex-Freundin.
Meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin verlässt die Wohnung am 12.07. Daher wäre ein Einzug zum 15.07. ideal :)
Das Zimmer hat 15 Quadratmeter und würde 310,00/Monat kosten. Inklusive Rundfunkgebühren, Internet und alles..
Es gibt ein drittes Zimmer, da kann man auch Kleinigkeiten verstauen.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 64 Quadratmeter.
