The Bangemannweg is very centrally located between Linden and Ricklingen, walking to the university but also to the Maschsee and the Ricklinger ponds.
To the tram there are 50m, to the S-Bahn 600m, to the university 900m.
In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, bakers, shopping facilities - a complete infrastructure.
Despite the central location, the house is very quiet.

Der Bangemannweg liegt sehr zentral zwischen Linden und Ricklingen, fußläufig zur Hochschule aber auch zum Maschsee und zu den Ricklinger Teichen.
Zur Straßenbahn sind es 50m, zur S-Bahn 600m, zur Hochschule 900m.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Bars, Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - eine vollständige Infrastruktur.
Trotz der zentralen Lage liegt das Haus sehr ruhig.

Since it is a new WG, we assume that residents are students aged 18-25. We are at the disposal of Community spaces, so it would be desirable if we were to join together.
Of course, a "student life" should and must take place in the apartment, but this new apartment must be maintained and clean. Smoking is expressly prohibited throughout the apartment. We also assume that the inhabitants also take into account the other roommates in the house.

Da es sich um eine neue WG handelt, gehen wir davon aus, dass die Bewohner Studierende im Alter von 18 - 25 Jahren sind. Wir stellen Gemeinschaftsräume zur Verfügung, also wäre es wünschenswert, wenn auch ein gemeinsames Miteinander entstehen würde.
Natürlich soll und darf in der Wohnung ein "Studentenleben" stattfinden aber diese neue Wohnung muß gepflegt und sauber bleiben. Rauchen ist in der gesamten Wohnung ausdrücklich nicht erlaubt. Auch gehen wir davon aus, dass die Bewohner auch Rücksicht auf die anderen Mitbewohner im Haus nehmen.

Costs for electricity, heating and the internet are expected to be added to the cold rental at a flat rate of € 50-60,-. Everything else should be included in the cold rental.
Please note that the rooms must be rented for at least 1 year as we want to avoid too much fluctuation.

Zur Kaltmiete kommen voraussichtlich noch Kosten für Strom, Heizung und Internet pauschal in Höhe von € 50-60,- hinzu. Alles andere soll in der Kaltmiete enthalten sein.
Bitte beachten, dass die Zimmer für mindestens 1 Jahr gemietet werden müssen, da wir zu viel Fluktuation vermeiden wollen.
