Hallo zusammen, bei uns in der WG wird ein großes schönes Zimmer frei. Wir sind ich (33) und mein Mitbewohner (25). Eigentlich handelt es sich um mein Zimmer, da ich bald Deutschland für mindestens ein Jahr verlassen werde (wahrscheinlich aber 2jahre). Deshalb Brauch ich ein Untermieter fùr mein Zimmer.
Die WG liegt zentral in Linden Sùd und ist somit noch gut weit entfernt von allem was du brauchst. Einkaufen, Naherholung und Nachtleben ist alles gut und in Masse verfügbar.
Da ich erst einmal nicht in Deutschland sein werde liegt es an dir und meinem Mitbewohner, wie euer WG leben aussehen wird. Er ist ein unkomplizierter Mensch mit dem man so gut wie alles machen kann. Er arbeitet aber auch also ist es auch okay wenn jeder seine Wege geht.
