Biete ab 01. Juli 2024 ein komplett möbliertes WG Zimmer an. Das Zimmer ist 19 m2 groß und voll ausgestattet mit u.a. Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. Die Wohnung kommt gerade aus einer einjährigen Kernsanierung, bei der u.a. neue Fenster und Türen eingesetzt, sowie das gesamte Interieur getauscht wurde. Alle Möbel sind sehr hochwertig. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Smarthome System ausgestattet, das u.a. die Heizung sehr energieeffizient steuert.
Die Küche wurde mit Geräten von Siemens und einem Side-by-Side Kühlschrank von LG ausgestattet. (Geräte: Kühlschrank, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine)
Das Highlight in dem Zimmer ist der freie Blick über ganz Hannover aus der 13. Etage, der besonders nachts atemberaubend ist :) Die Innenarchitektur der Wohnung folgt konsequent dem Loft Design und ist dadurch sehr modern.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Sie befindet sich in direkter Nähe zur Haltestelle "Am Küchengarten" und „Glocksee“. Durch die Limmerstraße ist man direkt angebunden an viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte, Drogerien, Restaurants, Bäcker und Banken. Die Innenstadt und den Bahnhof kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Am Ihme-Ufer kann man spazieren und joggen gehen.

I am offering a fully furnished shared apartment from July 1st, 2024. The room is 19 square meter (204 sq ft) and is fully equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk and a lot of other things. The apartment has just comes out of a year-long renovation, during which, among other things, new windows and doors were installed and the entire interior was replaced. All furniture have a high quality. The apartment is equipped with a smart home system, which, among other things, controls the heating in a very energy-efficient manner.
The kitchen was equipped with Siemens appliances and a side-by-side refrigerator from LG. (Appliances: refrigerator, induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
The highlight in the room is the unobstructed view over the whole of Hanover from the 13th floor, which is particularly breathtaking at night :) The interior design of the apartment consistently follows the loft design and is therefore very modern.
The location of the apartment is ideal. It is located in close proximity to the “Am Küchengarten” train stop. The neighborhood provides direct access to many shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, bakeries and banks. The city center and the train station can be reached by foot. You can go for a walk or go jogging next to the river Ihme.
