Ich ziehe zum Oktober leider raus aus Hannover, und somit auchraus aus meiner schönen Wg...
Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen sehr schön und hat ein großes Hochbett, also fast eine zweite Ebene. Das müsste gegen eine kleine Summe von 250€ übernommen werden, ich hoffe das wäre ok?!
Die Lage ist natürlich top. Direkt am Lindener Marktplatz - alles ist direkt vor Ort!!!
Straßenbahn, Bus , Kiosk, Bars,...
Du hast 2 super nette Mitbewohner, die beide Studenten sind. Eine davon wird erst mal für ein halbes Jahr unterwegs sein, daher würde sie euch gern noch kennenlernen, bevor eine finnische Zwischenmieterin ab September kommt...
Ansonsten ist alles da:
Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind frisch gekauft, je nach dem könnt ihr da auch gern noch was dazugeben ( 100-200€) - aber da werdet ihr euch sicher einig...
