Es gibt ein Duschbad mit Fenster und eine extra Küche mit Einbauküchenzeile. Mit Ceranherd, Kühlschrank, Dunstabzug, Spüle, Spülmaschine (welche allerdings nicht mitvermietet wird, diese liegt im Verantwortungsbereich der Mieter) , Backofen.
Mieter 1. ist ein junger Mann der an der LUH studiert.
Mieter 2 eine junge Dame die ihr Medizinstudium an der MHH beginnt und bereits ein Jahr in Uganda war nach dem Abitur.
Beide machen einen sehr gepflegten und adretten sowie unkomplizierten Eindruck.
Die WG ist gerade neu entstanden. Internet Telefon etc wird jetzt erst angemeldet.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache möglich.
Linden ist ein hippes junge Familien- und Studentenviertel mit vielen kleinen Bars und Cafés. Super Öffi Anbindung und zentral zu allen Uni s Hannovers.
Ein Staffelmietvertrag und eine Haftpflichtversicherung in der Mietsachschäden inbegriffen sind sind obligatorisch.
Sowie eine freiwillige Mieterselbstauskunft.
