Ich suche jemanden zu Untermiete für mein Zimmer , da ich ein Praktikum mache.
Das Zimmer ist das größte und hellste, nach dem Wohnzimmer.
Im Wohnzimmer spielt sich auch meistens unser WG-Leben ab und kann von allen benutzt werden. Das Wohnzimmer (mit Beamer ;) ist eigentlich der Mittelpunkt von unserer WG, der Ort wo wir Musik hören, quatschen oder Filme gucken. Dazu kommt die gemütliche Wohnküche und der grosse Balkon mit Ausblick über die Stadt.
Das Zimmer selber ist wie gesagt schön hell und man hat genug Platz um sich ein auszubreiten. Dazu kommt es ist voll möbliert und alle Möbel werde vorher von mir freigeräumt und können genutzt werden.

I'm looking for someone to rent my room because I'm leaving for my internship in Berlin.
The room is the biggest and brightest, beides the livingroom.The big living room is where most of our common activities take place an d is used by everyone.
The room has a bed, a desk a dresser and other storage possibilities.
As I said the living room (with projector;) is actually the center of our flat, the place where we listen to music, chat or watch films. In addition there is the cozy kitchen and the large balcony with an amazing view over the city.
Von der Lage her kann man sich nichts besseres Wünschen. Mitten in Linden, 5min zum Küchengarten, 5 min zum Schwarzen Bär und man ist auch direkt an der Ihme. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der Bahn höchstens 10min. Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es viele auf der Limmerstrasse, welche nur ein paar Minuten entfernt ist.
The Locations of the flat is pretty perfect for the student life. In Linden you find everything you need easy accessible. Different Shops are very near by and also public transport is 5 minutes away. To the main train station in Hannover, it takes a maximum of 10 minutes by train.Also the University is easy to reach.
In der WG würden in dieser Zeit Lucas und Rahel mit dir zusammen leben. Beide sind Studierende ( Energietechnik und Kostümdesign )und sind unglaublich nett und offen.
Das gemeinsame WG-Leben ist allen sehr wichtig und wir unternehmen gerne gemeinsam Sachen, feiern, gucken Filme, kochen oder quatschen zusammen. Wenn du neue Leute in Hannover kennen lernen möchtest ist die WG auf jeden Fall perfekt für dich.
Aber natürlich kann man sich auch immer zurückziehen wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte.
During this time, Lucas and Rahel would live with you in the shared apartment. Both are students (power engineering and product design) and are incredibly nice and open.
The shared flat life is very important to everyone and we like to do things together like celebrate, watching films, cooking or having a chat. If you want to meet new people in Hanover, this place is definitely perfect for you.
But of course you can always retire if you want to be left alone.
