Ich (weiblich, älteres Exemplar) vermiete ein schönes helles möbliertes Zimmer mit großem Westbalkon in einer 150 m2 großen 4-Zimmer Wohnung in der List. Die Wohnung hat nur ein Badezimmer und eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette.
Das Zimmer steht ab 01.03 2015 zur Verfügung, eine Besichtigung kann jederzeit stattfinden.
Das Zimmer kann auch sehr gern befristet gemietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist äußerst verkehrsgünstig gelegen, bis Lister Platz oder Moltkeplatz sind es ca. 6 Geh-Minuten. In der Stromeyerstraße herrscht kein Durchgangsverkehr. Ab ca. 18 Uhr wird das Parken problematisch und man muss Geduld beim Suchen haben.
.. findet nicht wirklich statt, bin selbständige Personaltrainerin und beruflich häufig unterwegs.
Trotzdem sollte die Chemie fürs WG-Leben stimmen.
Es gibt eine Katze im Haushalt, also nix für Katzenallergiker.
Ich bin beruflich häufig unterwegs, es wäre schön, wenn der oder die Mitbewohner/in Katzen wohlgesonnen ist.
