I am letting my room for the month of August, at cost (no profit for me, just want to get the rent and utilities covered for the month while I'm away!). The room is fully furnished with a bed and I will get a few dresser drawers emptied for your convenience during your stay :)
The location is great! A 5 min walk to the Hauptbahnhof and Lister Meile, 10 minutes walk to the Eilenreide forest. Easy access to several supermarkets (Penny, Denn's Biomarkt, Lidl, Edeka are all very close!). Walking to the Mitte takes no time at all and of course from the Hauptbahnhof you can reach everywhere in Hannover, as well as easy access to the airport and further.
This is a flatshare with one other person. My flatmate Sascha is a really nice guy and very easygoing. We keep the communal areas tidy for one another but no pressure if there's a dish or two out on occasion. He can speak English, German and Serbian. Wifi is of course also included in the rent!
I can be reached by mobile after 16:00 on weekdays and anytime on the weekend. Email is ok too! Please contact me for more information about the room and the sublease!
