Hey guys,
I'm offering a nice room in an apartment near the station Spannhagengarten. The room is approximately 15 m2 and it has a cupboard and a bed (180 cm) already if you want to keep it.
The flat has a big kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, a nice couch to sit and chat, a dinning table and a balcony attached.
The bathroom is decent and has everything you need.
The flat is 4 min distance to the next tram and bus station which takes you to the main station in 9 min. The area is quiet and cosy and there is a kiosk 1 min away from the door.
You will live together with me. I'm a portugese girl, I'm 25 years old and I'm currently doing my PhD at the Twincore and MHH. Therefore, I'll be out during the day but in the evenings and weekends we can can have a chit chat or cook or go out. But I also appreciate and respect privacy if needed.

As an addition, I am currently learning german and it would be great to get a training in usual conversations. But since I'm not fluent I hope we can communicate in english.
