Hallo,
Ich suche zum ab sofort eine Mitbewohnerin in einer 2er-WG in der List.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 qm groß und durch das große Fenster schön hell. Die Wohnung insgesamt ist 48 qm groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Bushaltestelle Moltkeplatz(100, 200, 121, 134, 128) liegt direkt vor der Tür und auch die Bahnstation Lister Platz (3, 7, 9, drei Minuten bis zum Kröpcke) ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Der Stadtwald Eilenriede ist quai um die Ecke und auch an Supermärkten, Drogerien etc. ist alles in naher Umgebung zu finden.
Ich bin Lea und 25 Jahre alt. Ich studiere zurzeit an der Hochschule Hannover. Bisher verlief das WG-Leben unkompliziert und harmonisch. Ich bin kein Putzteufel aber eine ordentliche und saubere Wohnung ist mir schon wichtig.
Gerne können wir uns auch abends mal zu einem Glas Wein/ Bier/ Tee in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon treffen.
Haustiere sind in der Wohnung leider nicht erlaubt.
