Im Zimmer könnte ein Bett und ein Nachtschrank übernommen werden welche beide komplett neu sind und ohne Gebrauchsspuren. Sonst ist das Zimmer sehr kühl im Sommer und sehr hell durch das große Fenster welches zum Innenhof raus geht damit ist es ebenfalls sehr ruhig.
Der Balkon welchen man durch die Küche erreicht ist perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend im Sommer.
Zu Fuß erreicht man in 3 Minuten die Haltestelle „Vier Grenzen“ von der man in 6 Minuten zum Bahnhof oder in 10 Minuten zum Kröpcke (Innenstadt) fahren kann. Die Eilenriede ist auch in der Nähe und damit perfekt zum joggen.
In der WG wohnen Mandy und Lana zwei sehr liebe Frauen welche sich auf eine neue Mitbewohnerin freuen. Mandy ist ebenfalls neu eingezogen daher muss sich das WG Leben neu finden
Besichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich. Frühester Einzug wäre der 28.09.2020
