Ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin/ einen neuen Mitbewohner für zwei Zimmer (12m2, 16m2)in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in der List/Oststadt. Wenn du nur das große Zimmer willst, könnte das kleine ein Wohnzimmer sein (mein Vorschlag).Beide Zimmer sind hell und zum Hof hinaus, je nach dem ergäbe sich dann ein unterschiedlicher Mietpreis. Für das große Zimmer ergibt sich ein Preis von 232€ (für beide Zimmer entsprechend siehe oben) Warmmiete inkl. Strom, Gas und Internet + Telefon-Flat. Beziehen könnte man das Zimmer ab dem 31.12.
Ich studiere Medizin im letzten Jahr :-) und bin sehr WG-erfahren, offen und koche gern.
