Dear students, young professionals and international folk,
since several members of our WG are moving out because they are finishing their studies, we are currently looking for new flatmates for a 4 room flat. Currently, we have one big room available as of now, one small room available from end of this year (11 sqm), and maybe one more from October this year (22 sqm).
We prefer long term flatmates, but depending on the situation the room can be also rented for shorter time (e.g. till October or December).
ROOM and FLAT
This room is the biggest one in our flat (33 sqm). It has 2 windows (one facing the quiet street, the other one the garden). So it is very bright.
Currently, the room is fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe etc.). Our roommate can leave the furniture in the room. This is a matter of negotiation.
The apartment is located in the second floor of a semidetached house in a very quiet neighbourhood. It has 2 bathrooms with showers. A fully equipped big bright kitchen with a table as common area. And as a bonus a 18 sqm terrace to eat and relax outside.
The flat has been modernized in 2013 (new isolation, new widows, new heating etc.) So it's warm and cozy in the winter.
The flat is situated in a quiet neighbourhood.
There are several supermarkets in walking distance.
The flat is approximately 7 min away from the U7 Station Schierholzstraße.
A small forest and several stretches of water nearby are perfect to go jogging or simply relax in the nature.
The Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (MHH) is 10 min by car or 13 min by bike.
There is a lot of parking area in the street.
We are currently 3 students from China studying a mix of engineering sciences and medicine. We are very quiet, open-minded and relaxed.
Since some of us will move out soon, there will be also a lot of change in the flatmates. The flat is ideal to focus on your studies and/or relax after a day of work. We are speaking English (and of course Chinese ;)). If you are an open-minded quiet and relaxed person you are welcome to visit and bring a friend for the other room! :)
