Hallo,
ich suche für mein Zimmer im Studierendenwohnheim Clemensburse so bald wie möglich eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist voll möbeliert und ein Waschbecken ist eingebaut. Dusche, WC und Küche teilt ihr euch mit 6 anderen Personen. Es gibt eine Dachterasse, einen Musikraum und eine Taverne. In der Taverne finden immer wieder Veranstaltungen statt und man kann sie auch privat mieten. Die Mitbewohner und Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr nett.
Insgesamt kostet das Zimmer 300€ (inklusive Strom, Gas, Wlan, …). Das Studentenwohnheim hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Die Leibniz-Universität ist fußläufig erreichbar und zur Tiho braucht man ungefähr 15 min mit der U-Bahn.
