Hallo du! Wir sind Noah (24), Mira (26) und Tabea (26) und suchen eine Zwischenmiete für unsere WG in der Nähe der Musikhochschule Hannover. Tabea studiert Medizin und macht gerade ihr Praktisches Jahr, wofür sie von September 2023 bis April 2024 Hannover verlässt. Das wunderschön möblierte 18qm große Zimmer geht zur Straße nach Südwesten raus und hat ein eingebautes Hochbett. Da Mira ab April 2024 für ihre Doktorarbeit in Musikethnologie nach Nordspanien geht, sieht es im Moment sehr so aus, als könnte die Zwischenmiete dann nahtlos verlängert werden.
Übrigens: Es wird auch noch ein weiteres Zimmer bei uns frei, unbefristet. Auch ab Mitte September. Das 15 qm Zimmer geht zum Hof raus und hat ebenfalls ein eingebautes Hochbett und kostet monatlich 298 € Miete. Das heißt, bei uns bist du richtig, egal ob du etwas Kurzfristiges oder Langfristiges suchst!
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Hannover Mitte, Hannover Süd und dem Zooviertel, etwa 300 Meter von der Musikhochschule entfernt. Bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station, Marienstraße, sind es 600 Meter und zum Hauptbahnhof etwa 900 Meter.
Noah studiert Fagott im Bachelor, kocht FANTASTISCH, ist für lange Gespräche, gute Getränke und Filmabende zu begeistern.
Mira arbeitet an der Uni Hildesheim, tanzt, lernt Spanisch, spielt Geige, hat immer einen Ratschlag für alle Lebenslagen parat.
Tabea spielt in ihrer Freizeit Cello, ist gerne draußen unterwegs, liebt alles Kreative und Kommunikative, tanzen, lesen, stricken, basteln, sprechen, lachen.
Uns ist das Zusammenleben als WG super wichtig und wir wünschen uns von unseren neuen Mitbewohnis, dass sie Lust haben, nicht nur mit uns zusammen zu wohnen, sondern auch ein Stück weit zusammen zu leben, Kochabende, Filmabende, Kneipenabende, ...Wir freuen, wenn du deine Ideen und deine Energie in die Gestaltung vom WG-Leben miteinbringst. Da wir aber auch alle sehr mit unserem Studium, mit Arbeit, mit Hobbys etc. beschäftigt sind und insgesamt ziemlich viel auf Achse, gibt es natürlich auch immer Möglichkeit zum Zurückziehen und Türzumachen.

Hello you! We are Noah (24), Mira (26) and Tabea (26) and we are looking for a new temporary member for our shared flat near the Musikhochschule Hannover. Tabea is studying medicine and is currently doing her practical year, for which she will leave Hannover from September 2023 to April 2024. The beautifully furnished 18 sqm room faces the street to the southwest and has a built-in loft bed. Since Mira is going to northern Spain from April 2024 for her PhD in ethnomusicology, it looks very much as if the interim tenancy could then be seamlessly extended.
By the way: From the middle of September another room will become available in our beautiful old building apartment. The 15 sqm room goes out to the backyard and is therefore quiet. Since our apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is still enough light coming in. There is a loft bed built into the room. The monthly rent is 298 €. That means you're in the right place, whether you're looking for something short term or long term!
Noah is studying bassoon in his bachelor's degree, cooks FANTASTIC, is into long conversations, good drinks and movie nights.
Mira works at the University of Hildesheim, dances, learns Spanish, plays the violin, and always has advice ready for all situations in life.
Tabea plays cello in her free time, likes to be outdoors, loves everything creative and communicative, dancing, reading, knitting, crafting, talking, laughing.
Living together as a WG is super important to us and we want our new flatmates to not only share a flat, but to also share a bit of life with us, having dinner together, movie nights, pub nights, ...We would be happy if you bring your ideas and your energy into our WG life. However, since we are all very busy with our studies, with work, with hobbies, etc. and altogether quite a lot on the road, there is of course always opportunity to withdraw and close the door of your room.
