Die Wohnung hat 3 fast gleichgroße Zimmer, eins davon wird als Gesellschaftszimmer genutzt. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 18qm groß, komplett möbliert (auch Fernseher und extra weiche Matratze) und mädchenhaft. Normalerweise zahlen meine Mitbewohnerin und ich jeweils ca. 400 Euro Miete, aber ich würde es gern für 250 pro Monat unter vermieten. Da der 2. Monat eig nur ein halber ist, erwarte ich dafür natürlich auch nur die Hälfte.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Die Wohnung liegt quasi direkt am Aegidientorplatz, die Verkehrsanbindung ist daher nicht zu toppen. Unsere Straße ist eine Parallelstraße zur Marienstraße, wo jede Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Lokalität vertreten ist. Trotz dessen ist es in unserer Straße ziemlich ruhig.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit einer sehr offenen, humorvollen Geschichts- und Philosophiestudentin teilen. Wir haben 2 getigerte Katzen, die selbstverständlich stubenrein sind. Es wäre schön, wenn es nicht nur um den reinen Zweck ginge und ein Interesse daran, neue Menschen kennenzulernen, vorhanden ist. :)
Erreichbar bin ich ganztägig von 10:00Uhr bis 23:00Uhr via Handy.
