Im Sommer werde ich 2 Monate (17.07.-14.09.) im Ausland unterwegs sein und suche deshalb eine/n
Zwischenmieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist schön groß, ca. 22qm groß, und im Preis ist alles enthalten (Miete, Nebenkosten, Internetflat)
(+170 Kaution). Es ist komplett möbliert und du könntest bei Bedarf alle Möbel mitbenutzen (Bett,
Sofa-Liegewiese, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, ...).
Zentraler als in unserer WG kann man nicht wohnen! Der
Hbf ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Supermarkt und öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung befinden sich direkt
um die Ecke und auch die Hauptuni ist schnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus, daher ist es trotzdem schön ruhig.
Svenja, Marc und Timo werden mit dir hier wohnen. Marc und Timo arbeiten beide, Svenja macht gerade ihren Doktor. Es ist ein sehr entspanntes Zusammenwohnen, komm einfach vorbei und lerne sie kennen :)
Besichtigungstermine werden wahrscheinlich unter der Woche ab 18 Uhr oder am Wochenende stattfinden, da einige von uns tagsüber arbeiten.
