In unserer 3er-WG im Stadtteil Hannover Mitte ist spontan ein Zimmer ab 1. Oktober frei.
Dein helles, etwa 15qm großes Zimmer besitzt Laminatfußboden.
Das Badezimmer mit Aussenfenster verfügt über eine Duschwanne und weiße Fliesen des weiteren gibt es ein zweites Bad mit Waschmaschine.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, zwei großen Kühlschränken mit Gefrierfach und ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten.
Im Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer findest du ein Ecksofa mit Schlaffunktion, eine Couch und einen TV.
Dein Fahrrad kannst du bequem im abgeschlossenen Innenhof abstellen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Hannover Mitte. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 7 Gehminuten zur erreichen und in 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad am Kröpke oder der Leibnitz Universität. Kaufland und Aldi befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Deine Mitbewohner wären David (27, Student) und Katharina (26, berufstätig) . Das WG-Leben ist unkompliziert und entspannt.
Gerne wird auch mal der ein oder andere Abend gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer verbracht oder gemeinsam gekocht.
