Dein potenzielles ca. 24qm großes Zimmer liegt mitten in der Wohnung. Zu Küche am einen Ende ist es genau so "weit" wie zum Bad am anderen Ende. Die Deckenhöhe ist für einen Altbau typisch, genau so wie des alte Dielenboden. An sich ist das Zimmer recht quadratisch geschnitten. DIe große Fensterfront geht leider zu den Bahnschienen raus, an die man sich aber durchaus gewöhnen kann.
Die Deckenleuchte (zwei gespannte Drahtseile mit 5 Spots) sowie meinen weißen PAX-Kleiderschrank würde ich gerne gg einen kleinen zu verhandelnden Abschlag weiter geben
