Liebe zimmersuchenden,
Ich ziehe aus unserer schönen WG aus. Mein Mitbewohner ist unter der Woche beruflich in Hannover und kommt quasi nur von MO-Do. zum schlafen in die Wohnung. Zu vermieten ist mein Zimmer (ca. 18 m2) , es ist sehr geräumig und hell, außerdem super zentral. Liegt optimal zur TiHo oder der Innenstadt und Südstadt. Die eilenriede, der Maschsee und Ägi sind innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen. Obwohl die Wohnung super zentral liegt, ist sie absolut ruhig.
Bei Bedarf kann ein kleines Zimmer zusätzlich gemietet werden. Derzeit nutzen wir es als Gäste und Wäsche Zimmer.
Das Badezimmer ist neuwertig eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Fenster zum Innenhof.
Diese Wohnung passt zu dir, wenn du dir vorstellen kannst die meiste Zeit allein zu wohnen. Es ist eine absolut unkompliziert WG ohne große Berührungspunkte. Gemeinsames kochen etc. sind eher selten, wir tauschen uns aber gerne mal am Abend aus. Es ist echt angenehm!
Ich ziehe aus, da ich die Wohnung eines Freundes übernehmen kann.
