Hallo zusammen, wir suchen ab sofort bis August eine nette Mitbewohnerin (Zwischenmieterin) für unsre 3er-WG! Die große Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen, doch sehr zentralen Lage und verfügt eine größere und praktische Essküche mit einem schönen Balkon.
Dein Zimmer ist ganz warm, ziemlich groß (ca. 20m²) und total hell mit großem Fenster, und möbliert auf Wunsch.
Und jetzt ein bisschen über uns: wir sind zwei ruhige, sympatische, unternehmungslustige Studenten 25 und 23 Jahre alt. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns wichtig, deswegen Putz-plan. Bei uns wird es so gerne gekocht, mehrmals in der Woche! Viel orientalisches. Und abends wird häufig gerne Kuchen gebacken, Gesellschaftsspiele gespielt und viel gequatscht.
Wir suchen auf keinen Fall eine Mitbewohnerin für Zweck-WG!

In der Mitte. In einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Zu Fuß kann man in Ca. 4 min. zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, zehn Minuten zum Bahnhof und in fünfzehn Minuten zur Uni.
