Hallo, ich bin derzeit auf Reisen in Asien und suche einen Zwischenmieter ab dem 03.03. Bis zum 10.06.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Sofaecke + Tisch, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, kleinem Stauraum über der Tür und mit nem 140er Bett inkl. Matratze.
Die WG ist eine 4er WG wo gemischt Studenten und Arbeitende wohnen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock über nem Irish Pub.
Sprich es ist gerade am Wochenende abends nicht ganz leise. Dafür aber ist man direkt in der Stadt, wenn man einen Fuß vor die Tür setzt.
Öffis und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind binnen 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Pub und vietnamesisches Restaurant liegen direkt nebenan.
Das Haus hat einen Hinterhof mit Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder.
Falls man über gelegentlichen Lärm auf der Straße hinwegsehen kann, ist es eine super angenehme Wohnung :)
