The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a washroom. You'll be moving in a fully furnished apartment which has almost everything a person needs ranging from fitted kitchen, Utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, sofa-set etc. which can be shared by us both.
Your room is a quiet one facing away from street. The room is offered fully furnished with furnishings including bed, mattresses, cupboards, bookshelves and rugs.
The apartment is ideally located with proximity to city-center. There are 3 tram stations in the vicinity, closest one being reachable in 3 mins by walk. You can board tram number 9, 10, 17 to reach the apartment.
Just beside the a,partment there is this flowing river "Ihme" and a park "Ihme park" which is a really great place to go for a jog, enjoy sun or enjoy barbaque with friends.
The apartment is really close to famous "Limmerstraße" as well which offers really great variety of restaurants and bars.
The nearest supermarket "Rewe" is located at schwarzer bär tram station, just 5 mins away by walk.
You'll be sharing the apartment with me, I am Jatin Arora, working as a Software engineer in Hannover. I am mostly away from the apartment during the day and come back from work only after 19:00 hrs. Unfortunately I don't speak Deutsch, therefore it is really necessary that you are able to communicate in English, having proficiency in Deutsch is an added advantage.
I imagine the WG life to be uncomplicated and chilled out where we can share our experiences throughout the day, cook together and enjoy couple of drinks occasionally.
