Hallo! Das Zimmer ist erstmal zum 1. November frei. Allerdings können wir das auch nochmal näher absprechen.
Das Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet durch eine Fensterwand.
Ich würde mein Bett inkl. 2x 140-er Matratzen für 100€ im Zimmer stehen lassen wollen.
Falls Bedarf für andere Möbel da sein sollte, einfach bescheid geben und wir schauen, was sich machen lässt.
Du wohnst direkt am Stadtwald Eilenriede an der Musikhochschule.
VOR DER HAUSTÜR hast du einmal die Busstationen 100/200 - 121 - 134. Wenn du zur Bahn möchtest, gehst du 5 min zur Sedanstraße, Lister Meile.
Max ist Musikdozent und Alex macht eine Ausbildung zur MFA.
Alex hat eine Katze.
Im Haus ist tagsüber zwar öfters schöne Musik zu hören (da viele Musikstudenten im Haus leben), nachts ist es aber sehr still.
