Ich suche für eine Mitbewohnerin (weiblich) für meine Freundin zur Untermiete im Zeitraum Oktober bis Februar. Wenn du früher kommen oder gehen willst, können wir das sicher einrichten! Solange ich im Auslandssemester bin, kannst du in diesem Zimmer wohnen. Das Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe und relativ große Fenster. Gerne würde ich meinen Schreibtisch, den Stuhl, das Regal und einen Kleiderschrank da lassen, den du gerne nutzen kannst. Der zweite Kleiderschrank und das Bett kommen weg. Um ein Bett musst du dich also selbst kümmern.

I am searching a female flatmate for my girlfriend to take my room, while I'll be on my Erasmus semester. The time to rent the room is October 2021 to February 2022. If you need the room a bit earlier or need to leave earlier, I am sure we can arrange that! The room has a nice size and lighting through its big windows. I would like to leave my desk, the chair and one big cupboard in the room, for you to use. The other cupboard and the bed will be moved to her room, so you have to bring your own bed.
10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnanbindung und die Leibniz Universität zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The flat is 10 minutes from the main train station Hannover. Possibilities to shop (food, as well as clothes), train stations and the Leibniz university are all near, so you can walk there.
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin ist 22 und studiert Jura. Sie feiert gerne, aber nicht jedes Wochenende und besonders dieses Jahr, muss sie viel lernen für ihr Examen. Ein wirklich netter Mensch, mit dem du diese 2-Zimmer Wohnung teilen wirst! Schreib mir einfach, dann kann ich den Kontakt herstellen und ihr könnt schauen, ob ihr euch versteht :-)
Die Wohnung kann natürlich besichtigt werden, auch über Skype.
Your new flatmate is 22, female and studies the law here in Hannover. She likes to party, but not too often and especially this year, she will have to study a lot. You will find a sympathetic, open girl, to live with in this 2 room flat (kitchen, bathroom, +2 rooms). Just text me and we will see, if you two get along well :-)
