Ein schönes, großes Zimmer mit Südseite, dadurch hast Du meistens Sonne und ein paar Grad mehr als im Rest der Wohnung. Vielleicht ist sogar bald endlich mal die Straße fertig gebaut, dann sieht sie bestimmt auch schön neu aus.
