Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig und durch die großen Fenster schön hell. Es wird mobiliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Sofa vermietet.
Das Sofa ist ein ausklappbares Schlafsofa.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Der Klagesmarkt sowie E-Damm sind in 6 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Conti-Campus werden 10 min zu Fuß benötigt und zum Hauptbahnhof 15 min. Linden ist super mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Astor-Kino befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Parken ist für Bewohner in der kompletten Straße erlaubt und man findet immer einen Parkplatz.
Da ich ein Auslandssemester machen werde und meine Mitbewohnerin ebenfalls auszieht werden beide Zimmer für die Zeit frei.
Gerne kann auch die ganze Wohnung gemietet werden und die Räume zu einem Schlaf- und einem Wohnzimmer umfunktioniert werden.
Alle essentiellen Möbel sowie Gebrauchsgegenstände sind vorhanden. Zudem verfügt die Küche über eine Spülmaschine sowie einen Gefrierschrank. Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.
In den Kosten ist alles enthalten (WLAN, Strom, Gas).
