Moin,
wir, das sind Florian 22 (studiert Mechatronik) und ich Claas 24 (studiere Elektrotechnik), suchen zum 1.10 einen neuen Mitbewonerin. Das zu vergebende Zimmer ist 12m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster wodurch das Zimmer sehr hell wirkt. Momentan ist im Zimmer Laminat verlegt, welches gegen einen gewissen Abstand übernommenwerden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nordstadt im Haus wohnen fast nur, die Uni ist ganz in der nähe die nächste U Bahn Station ist auch nicht weit. In der nähe gibt genug Einkaufsmöglich und auch ein par Kneipen.
Eigentlich gründet sich die WG grade neu denn Florian zieht auch erst zum 1.10 ein und ich wohne erst seit dem 1.8 in der WG meine beiden jetziegen Mitbewohner ziehen zum Ende des Monats aus. Wir suchen jemanden mit dem man auch mal was Unternehmen kann also wir wollen keine Zweck WG.
