Hallo euch,
Ich wohne in einer riesigen (60 qm) Wohnung in der Nordstadt, ganz nah an der Uni. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmern, ein Gastzimmer und noch ein Zimmer, das als Küche, Bad und Esszimmer benutzt ist. Der Preis ist ungefähr 225€ warm pro Person (nur Rundfunkbeitrag exklusiv). Internetzugang wird 10 Euro pro Monat (pro Person) sein.
Ich studiere in der Musikhochschule, aber übe in der Wohnung nicht, weil ich Klavier spiele, und leider bisher habe ich kein zuhause. ;-)

I live in a huge apartment in Nordstadt, very close to campus. There are 2 bedrooms, a guest room and one large room which serves as the kitchen, shower and dining room. The price would be about 225€ all included (except the new radio broadcasting company fees). Internet connection will is 10 Euros per month (per person).
I'm studying at the music school, but no need to worry - I don't practice in the apartment!
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Linie 121 Bushaltestelle, 4 Minuten zu Fuß von der "an der Strangriede" Straßenbahnstation und 6 Minuten von der Nordstadt S-Bahn Station. Der Stadtteil ist sehr freundlich und ruhig und trotzdem gibt es viele Laden in der Nähe (in dem Engelbosteler Damm) und auch einen Rewe 4 Minuten von der Wohnung. Die Wohnung wäre perfekt für Studenten der Leibniz Universität, weil die 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 mit Fahrrad weg ist.
The apartment is right above the 121 bus stop, 4 minutes by foot from the "an der Strangriede" tram station and 6 minutes from the Nordstadt S-Bahn station. The neighbourhood ist very friendly and low-key, yet there are many shops on the adjacent Engelbosteler Damm and a Rewe supermarket 4 minutes away. The location is perfect for students enrolled at the Leibniz University, being 10 minutes away by foot or 3 minutes on bike.
Ich habe bisher allein in der Wohnung gewohnt aber jetzt suche nach einem/r Mitbewohner/in. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr angenehm und privat. Ich suche nach jemandem, mit dem ich reden und Spaß haben kann, aber ich kann auch natürlich dich in ruhe lassen :-)
