Hallo and hello,
the room is full furnitured and is in the middle of hannover. The next subway is just 2 minutes walk away and is going straight to "Messe Ost" station. You have a big double bed, a desk to work, a couch to chill on and a big window. In our little kitchen you could cook or eat your fast food , as you like :)
You can also use the fridge if necessary.
Our flat is in the middle of Hannover, 2 minutes walk from the Station "Christusirche" from where the subway number 6 and the 11 drive regulary from the east fair back to the city centre. A little supermarket, a bank, restaurants, handy shops and hair dressers are just 5 minutes walk away in the " Engelbostler Damm" as well as a big park(Herrenhäuser Gärten) where you can do a little walk after a fatigant day during the CEBIT fair.
You would live with my flatmate Nele, 25 years old, doing an apprenticeship for being a nurse. The other room will be empty or also rented for the fair.
Nele loves to go out and doing sports. She is really easy going as a person and always makes one laugh.
Please note that it is necessary to be polite and "clean" while staying in the flat, that means not being loud when you are coming back late after having worked on the fair as well as respecting not to eat food in my bed or leaving the kitchen / bathroom dirty. Sincerity and honesty are the most important skills you should bring with you, because we also live the motto: Treat a person or also objects as YOU want to be treated.
If the person who would like to rent my room doesn't seem to be trustworthy we are not in agreement that this person live in our flat.
But in every way we are easy going and happy girls full of joy and happiness and we would love to share it with you even during a short time!! :)
