Ich biete hier ein WG Zimmer an. Zu dem Zimmer, bzw. der Wohnung:
Es ist Laminat verlegt , in Badezimmer Fliesen und in der Küche auch Fließen. Das große Bad hat eine kleinere Dusche. Die neue Küche ist eine Einbauküche, inklusive Kühl/Gefrierschrank und Spülmaschine.
Ein Internet-Telefon-Anschluss wird eingerichtet.
In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich REWE, DM, Rossmann und Netto auf dem Engelbosteler Damm.
5 min zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Christus-Kirche entfernt.
Ebenfalls gute Busanbindung.
Man ist in 15 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.
2 Bäcker gleich um die Ecke, Pizzeria, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Im 3 min ist man zu Fuß an der Hauptuni.
Ich bin Maximilian Schirmer, bin 24 Jahr alt, und studiere an der Uni Chemie. Ich koche gerne und mache gerne Sport.
Meine Ansprüche an Dich sind folgende:
- Erfahrungen im selbständigen Wohnen wären wünschenswert aber nicht unbedingt notwendig.
- Ob Student, Dualer Student oder Berufstätiger ihr seit Willkommen.
- Das Wort Hygiene sollte bei Dir keine Ratlosigkeit auslösen.
- Es wird geputzt mit Hilfe eines Putzplans.
