Da ich selbst erst im März einziehen werde, steht noch nicht fest, wer welches Zimmer beziehen wird. Es gibt ein ca. 15 m2 großes Zimmer und ein etwas kleineres Zimmer. Außerdem gibt es noch ein ca. 10 m2 großes Zimmer, welches als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden soll, da die Küche keinen Platz für einen Esstisch o.Ä. bietet.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Nordstadtbahnhof und die Haltestelle Haltenhoffstraße (Linie 11) ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort kommt man in 4 Minuten zur Leibniz-Uni und vom Nordstadtbahnhof, welcher ebenfalls innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen ist kommt man innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten zum Hbf.
Ich suche eine/n aufgeschlossene/n, spontane/n und relativ ordentliche/n Mitbewohner/in zur Zwischenmiete.
Wichtig ist außerdem, dass ich keine Zweck-WG möchte, sondern auch gerne mal zusammen koche oder etwas zusammen unternehme. Ich selbst bin 19 Jahre alt und studiere Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Leibniz Uni.
