The apartment is spacious and the roommate is very nice and friendly.
The apartment is perfect for workers and the 400€ per month rent is inclusive of everything.
The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and Wifi internet that will be available for use for the new tenant.
The apartment is only a 1min walk to the An der Strangriede tram stop.
The location is central to Hannover city, so you can either take the tram or bike ride to work or any other important location.
