Ein Zimmer in einer Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung. Geräumig und hell. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Kopernikusstraße befindet sich direkt um die Ecke, ebenso wie Supermärkte (Rewe und Netto), verschiedene Cafes und die Lutherkirche. Bis zur Leibniz-Universität und dem Georgengarten braucht man etwa 10 min zu Fuß. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert. Die Möbel sind etwas älter, aber alles funktioniert problemlos.
Ich fand es super, hier zu wohnen. Ich habe hier 1 Jahr und 8 Monate verbracht, und ziehe nur deshalb um, weil ich die Liebe meines Lebens gefunden habe und mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen möchte. Mein Mitbewohner Fatih ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Er hat 2018 seinen Master in Maschinenbau gemacht und arbeitet jetzt am Forschungsinstitut in Garbsen. Häufig besucht er seine Verwandten in Bielefeld.
Es gibt nur wenige Regeln. Im Wesentlichen achten wir darauf, die Wohnung sauber zu halten. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Party-WG, ab und zu Gäste einzuladen oder zu feiern ist aber natürlich kein Problem. Falls du unkompliziert bist und nach einem Zimmer in der Nordstadt suchst, schreib mir bitte, damit wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren können.

A room in a two-room flat. It is spacious and bright. The Kopernikusstrasse U-bahn station is located right around the corner, as well as supermarkets (Rewe and Netto), various cafes and Lutherkirche. Georgengarten and Leibniz Universität are less then 1 km away. The room is fully furnished. The furniture is a bit old, but everything works smoothly.
It was a very nice experience for me living here. I have enjoyed 1 year and 8 month here, and I move only because I have met the love of my life and have decided to move in with my girlfriend. My flatmate Fatih is very friendly and uncomplicated. He has finished his master studies in mechanical engineering in 2018 and now works at a research institute in Garbsen. Quite often he visits his relatives in Bielefeld.
There are few rules. Basicly, we try to keep the flat clean. This is not a party WG, but occasional celebration and guests are welcome. If you are an uncomplicated person and are looking somewhere to live in Nordstadt, please write me and we will arrange a visiting time.
