Suche MitbewohnerIn für eine 2er-WG in einer Hausgemeinschaft (männl., weibl., von 25 J. - junggebl. 60 J.). Sehr nah zur Hauptuni und -mensa. Insgesamt eine kleine Oase in der Nordstadt mit Terrasse im Hof, Außenküche mit Grill und Zapfanlage. Das Zimmer geht nach vorne (Straße) raus, Südseite, Holzfußboden und ist ziemlich quadratisch. Im anderen Zimmer wohnt L., 22 Jahre, Gartenbaustudentin. Küche hat neue Einbauküche mit E.Herd, Bad mit Fenster ist neu renoviert. Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschküche, ein Keller gehört nicht zur Wohnung.
Whg. kann auf Wunsch teilmöbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch) gemietet werden. Die Kosten (400,-) sind inklusive Energiekosten, SAT-TV, W-Lan,... also es kommen keine weitere Kosten dazu :-)
