Ich bin Johny und ich werde mein Zimmer für 1,5 Monate vermieten, weil ich Urlaub mache.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Schrank, Sofa, Stühle). In der W, haben wir einen Kühlschrank, Regale, eine Waschemachine, Herd und Microwelle.
Die Lage ist super. Man kann das Hauptgebäude von der LUH innerhalb von 2 min erreichern. Die U-Bahn Haltestellen Christuskirche (Linien 4-5) und Leibniz Universität (Linien 6-11) sind in ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Engelbosteller Damm ist auch ganz Nah, da kann man Supermärkte, Bars und verschidene Laden finden.
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr freundlich und spannt. Zurab ist 34 jahrealt und er macht gerade seine Doktorarbeit im Bereich Jura. Er kommt aus Georgien und er kann Deutsch, Englisch, Russisch und natürlich Georgisch. Jorge kommt aus Costa Rica und macht gerade seine Masterarbeit im Bereich Mechatronik. Er kann Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch.
Die Miete besteht aus 300 Euro pro Monat. Also für die ganze Mietzeit, 450 Euro (incl. Nebenkosten). Es gibt auch eine Kaution von 100 Euro.
Wenn du Interesse hast scheibt mir einfach und wir können einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.

I am renting my room for 1.5 months since I am planning to go traveling during that time.
The room is fully furnished (includes the bed, couch, projector, work desk, chair, etc). The apartment is fully equipped (includes a fridge, shelves, washing machine, stoves, etc).
The apartment has a great location. You can literally reach the Leibniz University main building in 2 or 3 minutes by walk. Also, you can get to the tram lines 4, 5, 6, 11 in about 5 minutes. The main street Engelbosteller Damm is quite close, where there are multiple bus stops, supermarkets, banks, doner shops, restaurants, pubs, etc.
You would be sharing the apartment with Zurab and Jorge. Zurab is 34, comes from Georgia and is currently doing his Ph.D. in Law. He can speak German, English, Russian, French and of course Georgian. Jorge is 31, comes from Costa Rica and is currently finishing his Masters in Mechatronics. He speaks Spanish, English, and German.
They are both very friendly and chill.
The rent for the room per month is 300 Euros, so for 1.5 months, a total of 450 Euros. All costs included. The caution deposit is 100 Euros which would be returned when you leave.
