Da ich bald aus der WG ausziehen werde, suchen meine Mitbewohner Laina (26) und Gergő (30) eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage eines Mietshauses. Dein zukünftiges, unmöbliertes Zimmer ist ca. 13 m2 groß und ist mit einem anthrazitfarbenem Teppich ausgelegt. Es hat ein Dachfenster, das mit einem lichtundurchlässigen Rollo verdunkelt werden kann. Neben den weiteren 2 Zimmern besitzt unsere WG eine Küche mit Eckbank, ein Bad mit WC und ein Extrazimmer mit Potenzial zum Trocken-, Gäste-, Wohn- oder TV-Zimmer.
As I will be moving out of the WG soon, my flat mates Laina (26) and Gergő (30) are looking for a new flat mate. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Your future, unfurnished room is approx. 13 m2 and is covered with an anthracite-colored carpet. It has a skylight that can be darkened with an opaque blind. In addition to the other 2 rooms, our flat share has a kitchen with a corner bench, a bathroom with toilet and an extra room with the potential to be a drying room, guest room, living room or TV room.
Die nächste Ubahn-Haltestelle ist "Kopernikusstraße" und in 3 Minuten erreichbar. In ihrer Umgebung gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Den Nordstadt-Bahnhof erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten. Die Umgebung ist recht studentisch und multikulturell und die Innenstadt, die Universität sowie die Herrenhäuser Gärten sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung viele Kneipen, Cafés, Restaurants und Döner-Buden.
The "Kopernikusstraße" station can be reached in 3 minutes. The Nordstadt train station can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. The area is multicultural and prefect for students, and the city center, the university and the Herrenhausen Gardens can be reached very easily. There are also many pubs, cafes, restaurants and kebab shops in the immediate vicinity.
Laina und Gergő sind tolle Leute und ich habe es wirklich genossen, eine Wohnung mit ihnen zu teilen. Laina ist Ärztin und lernt derzeit Deutsch. Gergő ist Doktorand an der LUH.
Wir würden uns keine Zweck-WG wünschen und würden uns über gemeinsame Unternehmungen freuen. Allerdings sind wir an vielen Wochenenden und Abenden in der Woche auch beschäftigt.
Laina and Gergő are amazing people and I really enjoyed sharing a flat with them. Laina is a doctor and she currently learns german, and Gergő is a PhD student in LUH.
This is not a purpose-flatshare and we would be happy about joint activities indoors and also outdoors. However, we are often busy on many weekends and evenings during the week.
