Unsere WG ist 125 qm groß und verteilt sich auf 4 Zimmer (3x Schlafen, 1x großes Wohnzimmer). Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stockwerk. Die Räume sind super geschnitten. Die Wohnung ist durch zahlreiche Fenster sehr hell. Highlight der Wohnung ist unser Wohnzimmer (mit Bar, Dartscheibe und zweitem Kühlschrank), in dem wir gerne Zeit verbringen.
Optimale Lage ganz am Beginn der Nordstadt. Haltestelle Christuskirche direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Nordstadt lässt neben der Uni- und City-Nähe keine Wünsche offen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah, das gastronomische Angebote vielfältig. Der Stadtteil ist jung, bunt und lebendig. Auf dem Engelbosteler Damm herrscht angenhemer Flair.
Das Haus besteht aus einem ausgewogenen Mix an jungen Familien und WGs. Das nachbarschaftliche Klima ist stets freundlich und entspannt.
Du lebt zusammen mit Till (27) und Josef (29). Wir sind bisher eine berufstätigen-WG gewesen und würden dies auch gern nach Möglichkeit fortführen. Gemeinsame Abende und Aktivitäten sind uns wichtig. Gesucht wird deshalb eine unternehmungslustige Person, die sich mit Freude am WG-Alltag beteiligt. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG!
