Hi,
Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in für meine 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Das freie Zimmer hat circa 18m², Teppichboden, hohe Wände und durch die 2 großen Fenster kommt viel Licht hinein. Dazu gibt es noch ein Gemeinschaftszimmer (circa 14m²), als Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine große helle Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche.
Die Straße selbst ist recht ruhig, doch der nahe Engelbosteler-Damm bietet alle wichtigen Einkaufmöglichkeiten; dort ist auch die Bahnstation der Linien 6 & 11 in 2 Gehminuten.
Sehr zentrale Lage: Hauptuni, Hauptmensa, viele Institute, alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bis auf eine Waschmaschine ist alles für das tägliche Leben vorhanden (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Friteuse, Geschirr…).
Ich selber bin 21, Landschaftsarchitekturstudent im 1. Semester, komme aus BW (Was man zum Glück nicht hört) und unkompliziert. Mehr über mich gibt es bei StudiVz: Patrick Kruse, Uni Hannover.
