Hallo! Ich suche für mein Zimmer in einer 3er WG eine Nachmieterin zum 1. März. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat einen Dielenboden und einen eigenen Balkon zum Innenhof. Die Mietdauer kann flexibel geregelt werden - evtl. kürzer/länger möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und 2 Min. zu Fuß zur Stadtbahn (Sedanstr./Lister Meile). Die Lister Meile ist direkt um die Ecke (2 Min.). Die Oststadt ist ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Viertel. Für Sportbegeisterte und Naturliebhaber stellt das nahegelegene Eilenriede-Waldgebiet (5 Min. zu Fuß) einen Freizeit-Anlaufpunkt dar. Wenn Du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast, schreib am Besten einfach eine Mail, dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen.
