Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster und es liegt ein gepflegter Parkettfußboden. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt 3,40m. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Hochbett.
Nachmittags scheint die Sonne ins Zimmer.
Quiet sunny room in lovely shared apartment. The room is 23m², has wooden floors and a super high ceiling (3,40m).
Included is a loft bunk.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in der Oststadt (gleich neben der Lister Meile). In 5 Minuten ist man in der Eilenriede (Stadtwald) und in 8 Minuten am Bahnhof und in der City - zu Fuß - mit dem Fahrrad natürlich noch schneller.
The location is just great- Shopping, cafes and the city forest are close by.
Neben Dir wohnen in der WG noch unser spanischer Mitbewohner Antonio und der Umweltplaner Tim. Beide hätten gern wieder eine Mitbewohnerin. Die WG und das Haus sind eher ruhig, was aber nicht heissen soll, dass feiern verboten ist :)
Wenn es Zeit, Lust und Laune ergeben, essen wir gern mal zusammen oder gehen weg. Wenn Du Deine Ruhe haben möchte, ist das aber auch kein Problem.
Your flatmates will be our "Spanish boy" Antonio and Tim. Both would like to have a female housemate again. The atmosphere here is very relaxed and friendly. While we are not a party apartment, we do know how to party when the time and location are right. That said, you can definitely do your own thing. But, if you like, we cook or go to the movies together from time to time.
Wenn Du eine entspannte WG suchst, Nichtraucher bist und ein tolles Zimmer haben möchtest, bist Du bei uns richtig.
