Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und 3,80 m hohe Decken, wodurch es viel größer wirkt, als es ist. Der Boden ist mit schönem Parkett ausgestattet, wie fast die gesamte Wohnung. Schon allein dadurch ist es sehr gemütlich. Die Fenster gehen zur Straße hin, wobei es sehr ruhig ist, eventuelle Geräusche von der Straße sind kaum zu hören.
The lovely room has two large windows and a high ceiling why it appears bigger than it is. There is parquet flooring like in almost the whole flat. The room is very cosy! Although the windows are next to the street it is very quiet inside the room.
Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar zwischen Lister Meile und Eilenriede - man kann hier super einkaufen gehen, spazieren oder im Wald eine Runde laufen gehen. Zur U-Bahn braucht man gerade mal 5 Minuten. Alle Unis und die Innenstadt sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.In diesem Stadtteil kann man sich nur wohlfühlen!
The flat is located right between the Lister Meile and the forest the Eilenriede. You can go shopping, for a walk or for a quick running session into the forest which is nery nice. The underground is at 5 minutes walking distance. By foot or bike you can reach most of the universities and the city. You definitely will love living in this area!
Wir sind zwei Männer und zwei Frauen und wollen diese Konstellation auch weiterhin so beibehalten. Also Frauen, meldet Euch! Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber auch kein Familienersatz, das Motto bei uns ist immer: alles kann, nichts muss. Gerne gehen wir zum Beispiel am Wochenende zusammen frühstücken.
Wir suchen jemanden, der nicht gerade anfängt zu studieren und jeden zweiten Tag feiern geht, denn die Überzahl geht eben schon arbeiten und da wird man zwangsläufig etwas ruhiger. Was nicht heißt, dass wir nicht feiern gehen!
We are two boys and two girls and we want that to stay like this. So girls, get in touch! Everyone has it`s own life but we do things together all the same. For instance we often go for breakfast on the weekends. We are looking for someone who doesn't like to party every night but this doesn't mean we don't party at all!
