Morgends scheint die Sonne herein, abends ist sie auf dem Balkon. Das Zimmer hat weiße Wände, alles ist licht und hell, ausgelegt mit Laminat. Teilmöblierung ist vorhanden, alles weitere regeln wir nach Absprache. Fahrrad kann in den Keller gestellt, Balkon benutzt werden. Gerne auch mit eigenen Pflanzen, dann natürlich mit sorgsamer Pflege.
Die Whg. liegt direkt hinter dem Hauptbahnhof, perfekte Anbindung Bus und Bahn ist gegeben.
Einen Block weiter geht die Lister Meile los, die netteste Einkaufsecke Hannovers. Von hier aus ist man schnell überall: City, Eilenriede etc.
Hier wohnt ansonsten nur der Hauptmieter, alles sollte praktisch und entspannt zugehen.
Wenn sich inspirierende Gespräche ergeben, gerne, bei Bedarf sollte aber auch jeder seine Ruhe haben. Achtsamkeit und Grundhygiene sollten gegeben sein.
