Lavesstraße-WG sucht Verstärkung

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Man läuft keine 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Grundsätzlich lässt sich von hier alles mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichen, aber man ist auch gut angebunden durch die Öffis. Nur ein paar Meter weiter ist eine Bushaltestelle und durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof / Kröpcke gelangt man problemlos überall hin.

An Supermärkten findet man in der Nähe alles was man braucht (Rewe, Lidl, Denns, Rossman etc.). Es finden sich auch mehrere Bars, Kioske, Restaurants etc. in der Nähe.

The flat is super centrally located. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the main train station and the city centre. Basically, everything can be reached quickly by bike, but you are also well connected by public transport. There is a bus stop just a few metres away and the proximity to the main station / Kröpke makes it easy to get everywhere.

Die WG besteht aktuell aus Alena, Simon, Tjark und Lukas, Kim wird leider ausziehen. Wir sind alle berufstätig und unter der Woche ist es bei uns eher ruhig. Am Wochenende findet sich eigentlich immer jemand, der Lust auf Kochen, Schnacken oder Tanzen gehen hat.
Unseren Putzplan und unsere Einkaufsliste organisieren wir mit Flatastic. Da die Dienste rotieren, ist der zeitliche Aufwand für jeden einzelnen sehr überschaubar. Unsere WG war vor kurzem noch viel in Bewegung, aber so langsam finden wir uns gut zusammen.

The flat-sharing group currently consists of Alena, Simon, Tjark and Lukas, as Kim will be moving out. There's always someone who feels like a beer/glass of wine or a movie night. We also like to do other things together. We all like to go out partying at the weekend. We organise our cleaning schedule and shopping list with Flatastic. Since the chores rotate, the time commitment for each person is very manageable. Our shared flat was in a state of flux not long ago, but we are slowly finding our way together.

Die Wohnung ist im Oktober 2018 komplett saniert worden. Da wir Küche und Gerätschaften alle selber anschaffen mussten, würde noch ein Abschlag von 350 EUR hinzukommen.

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten mit ca. 174 qm. Wir haben 2 Badezimmer und ein WC. Es gibt zwar kein Wohnzimmer, aber der Flur ist sehr groß geschnitten und bietet noch viel Gestaltungsspielraum. Da die Decken in der ganzen Wohnung sehr hoch sind, haben wir im Flur eine kleine Vorrichtung gebaut, sodass wir die Wäscheständer unter die Decke hochziehen können.

Für Stauraum gibt es noch ein großes Kellerabteil, das trocken ist und in dem ihr entsprechend einiges lagern könnt. Im Hinterhof befindet sich ein Fahrradstellplatz.

Grundsätzlich können Besichtigungen Mo-Mi zwischen 19:00-21:00 Uhr vereinbart werden.

The flat was completely renovated in October 2018. Since we had to purchase the kitchen and appliances ourselves, a discount of EUR 350 would be added.

Overall, the flat is very spacious with approx. 170 sqm. We have 2 bathrooms and a toilet. There is no living room, but the hallway is very large and still offers a lot of design space. Since the ceilings are very high throughout the flat, we built a small device in the hallway so that we can pull the clothes horse up under the ceiling.

For storage space, there is also a large cellar compartment, which is dry and where you can store things accordingly. There is a bicycle parking space in the backyard.

In principle, visits can be arranged Tue-Wed between 18:00-21:00.
