Wir sind eine unkomplizierte und aufgeschlossene Wohngemeinschaft, die mehr als eine "Zweck-WG" ist. Drei Mitbewohner, bestehend aus einem Student, einer Azubine und einem "Held der Arbeit", wohnen hier also auf ca. 150 qm mit Küche (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle etc. alles vorhanden), zwei Bädern (eins davon mit Dusche/Badewanne), Balkon und einem Abstellraum mit Wachmaschine. Außerdem haben wir einen W-Lan DSL 16000 Anschluss und eine ISDN-Anlage, mit Telefon-Flatrate ins deutsche Festnetz.
Dein Zimmer wäre ca 24 qm groß, mit hellen Holzdielen und Fenster zur ruhigen Straße.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im schönsten Stadtteil Hannovers der Südstadt! Zum Zentrum gelangst du in 5 Minuten mit dem Bus (121) und in 10 Minuten bist du bei den U-Bahnen 4,5,6 und 11. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (genau wie der Maschsee).
Im besten Fall bist du eine nette Mitbewohnerin zwischen 18 und 28, die nicht bloß eine Unterkunft zur Zwischenmiete sucht!
