Hallo! In unserer Südstadt-WG wird ab dem 1. April ein hübsches Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 26 qm groß und verfügt altbau-typisch über hohe Decken.
Unsere Wohung liegt zentral in der Südstadt. Die nächste U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist nur ca. 300m entfernt, so erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten von zu Hause aus die City. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man manchmal sogar noch schneller. Der nächste Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, die Post auch nur ein paar Meter weiter. Bäcker gibt es ungefähr 5 in der Nachbarschaft, von denen für Langschläfer einer auch Sonntag nachmittags geöffnet hat. Sogar ein paar Kneipen und Bistros sind hier ganz in der Nähe. Für Sportler optimal: der Maschsee und die Eilenriede sind bequem zu erreichen.
Bei uns wohnen zur Zeit Christine (25, Studentin Garten- und Wasserbau), Janna (24, Kulturwissenschaftlerin) und Lars (32, Wirtschaftsjurist). Außerdem teilen wir uns unseren kleinen Balkon mit einer Tauben-Familie. Christine zieht zum 1.3 aus und Iris (27, Biologin) zieht in ihr Zimmer ein. Für das Zimmer von Janna wird zum 1.4 ebenfalls ein neuer Mitbewohner gesucht!
Auch wenn wir nicht ständig gemeinsam etwas unternehmen, sind wir keine Zweck-WG. Unsere gemütliche Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Tee- oder Biertrinken ein!
