Hey, im Oktober möchte ich eine Wg gründen und suche dafür einen passenden Wg-Mitbewohner / Mitbewohnerin. Leider finden derzeit noch Bauarbeiten in der Wohnung statt, sodass ich keine Bilder online stellen kann. Auf Nachfrage kann dann aber gerne ein Termin für eine Besichtigung vereinbart werden.
Das Zimmer ist ca . 16m^2 groß und liegt zum Innenhof hin, daher hört man von der Straße keine Geräusche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Aegedientorplatz, Rathaus, Markthalle und innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof. Der Maschsee befindet sich ebenfalls nur ca. 7 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Ich suche einen Bewohner/Bewohnerin, mit der/dem ich keine Zweck-Wg führen will. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, koche oder trinke auch mal ganz gerne ein Bier ;-).
