Angebotenes Zimmer ist wie oben beschrieben 18qm groß. Die Wohnung insgesamt ist mit 91qm und 4 Zimmern optimal für eine WG.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Südstadt und ist perfekt mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist eine Minute von der Wohnungstür entfernt und von dort erreicht man super den Hbf und die Uni. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind allerhand vorhanden und alles was man benötigt liegt im Umkreis von 300m.
Wir sind eine sportliche WG und allesamt Handballer. Kurz zu meiner Person, ich bin 21 Jahre alt und arbeite bei der Bundeswehr, der verbleibende Mitbewohner ist 22 Jahre und Sportstudent. Egal ob Männlein oder Weiblein, ich denke wir verstehen uns mit jedem der eine offene und sympathische Art an sich hat.
