Das Zimmer ist 15m^2 gross, ziemlich gut geschnitten, besitzt ein grosses fenster mit Oberlicht und hat wie der Rest der Wohnung knapp drei meiter hohe Decken. Es ist ebenso wie Wohnzimmer, Flur und Abstellraum mit Laminat ausgelegt. Dieses Zimmer kommt ohne Möbel daher. Es passt ohne Probleme ein Schreibtisch, ein Schrank, eine Kommode, und eine Couch und Bett rein.
Für das Wonzimmer bringst du am besten einige Möbel und Ideen mit, dieses ist noch sehr unvollkommen.
Zur U-Bahn oder Bus sind es 2 Gehminuten, Zur S-bahn 15 Minuten.
Maschsee befindet sich 5 gehminuten entfernt.
Ärzte, Supermärkte, Tankstellen sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreicht.
Wohnen bleibt ein junges Mädel im Alter von 20 Jahren. Sie würde gerne in Ihrem Zimmer rauchen können und von daher sind tolerante Nichtraucher oder Raucher bevorzugt.
Da ihr bei Lotta sympathisch rüberkommen müsst und nicht bei mir, solltet ihr am besten mit ihr einen Termin ausmachen. Nummer gebe ich an. Anzurufen ist sie am besten von 15-20 Uhr.
